If you have a property to sell, contact the Mitchell Property Group BEFORE you deal with these places that send out letters and postcards that advertise buying houses. We needed to sell our elderly Dad’s house quickly and his house was in need of a lot of repairs. Wade came out and was very helpful to give us the options we had, and the pros and cons we could expect with either direction we chose. He did not pressure us and spent time educating us about what to expect. We also got bids from other people. Wade conducted himself with integrity and compassion which was a blessing in this day and time of people being rushed and inpatient.
